Last May 4 was exactly one month after the official launch of Kakaw Spirit .

Kakaw Spirit is a brand or actually a product, but perhaps also a new beginning, created from my own journey.

When I started my journey I never thought I would develop a product. But it had to be done because it was time to speak my voice. The voice that I had kept to myself for too long and did not really dare to speak.

Kakaw Spirit helped me to do this.

That's why it's extra exciting. Because it is a product where the process can really be fun and not because it necessarily has to sell. Setting small and achievable goals and doing business based on flow. I was not familiar with this and it is also very uncomfortable for me. My whole life has been about performance and achieving goals through hard work and fighting. I always managed this, but it was REALLY tiring and actually the feeling of victory was not that satisfying and only short-lived.

Kakaw spirit can be light and above all very fun. This involves patience and trust. Trust that all the steps you take are the right ones, don't push the sale but let it happen. Embrace the magic of life and let life do its work.

The people who cross my path and the steps taken are based on intuition and the right feeling. A clear YES! to feel.

The first month was great but also uncertain and confusing.

Spoke to so many beautiful people, received wonderful responses and planted many seeds. And yet you are overcome with doubt if the orders do not flow in immediately. But also because of the expectations of the immediate environment.

To then return to your own feelings, to sink into your body and to feel that things will really work out and that trust will prevail, it takes a lot of courage.

Who are you trying to convince , you can stand there and dare to say this.

This is what Kakaw Spirit asks of me again and again.

'Anouk, do you still dare to continue speaking in your own voice and can you stand up in this?'

If I have inspired just 1 person on this earth by showing that speaking your own voice is worth living, then my life mission has been accomplished.
