Hoe gebruiken

Cacaodrank (dagelijks gebruik)

Gebruik 10 gram cacao blend
Voeg een klein beetje heet water toe en mix dit eerst met de Kakaw Spirit Mixer tot een gladde basis.
Voeg 125 ml warm water of (plantaardige) melk toe.
Verwarm tot ongeveer 70 °C (niet kokend) en mix tot licht schuimig.

Cacaoccino

Gebruik 10 gram cacao blend
Voeg een klein beetje heet water toe en mix dit eerst met de Kakaw Spirit Mixer tot een gladde basis.
Schuim 125 ml warm water of (plantaardige) melk op met een melkopschuimer en voeg toe.

Ceremoniële cacao

Gebruik 20-40 gram cacao blend.
Voeg een klein beetje heet water toe en mix dit eerst met de Kakaw Spirit Mixer tot een gladde basis.
Voeg 200 ml warm water of (plantaardige) melk toe.
Verwarm tot ongeveer 70 °C (niet kokend) en mix tot de cacao volledig is opgelost.
