Healthier Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas

125 g soy yoghurt

100 ml soy milk

6 tbsp maple syrup

250 g whole wheat flour

3 tbsp Kakaw Spirit earth blend

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

Pinch of coarse sea salt

Optional: 75 g pieces of dark chocolate

 

Let's go!

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare 12 muffin cups.
  2. Mash the bananas and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Divide the batter over the molds and bake the muffins for 20 minutes. You can check this with a skewer: if it comes out clean, they are done.
