
Healthier Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
125 g soy yoghurt
100 ml soy milk
6 tbsp maple syrup
250 g whole wheat flour
3 tbsp Kakaw Spirit earth blend
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
Pinch of coarse sea salt
Optional: 75 g pieces of dark chocolate
Let's go!
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare 12 muffin cups.
- Mash the bananas and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Divide the batter over the molds and bake the muffins for 20 minutes. You can check this with a skewer: if it comes out clean, they are done.
