
Healthier Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
200 g oatmeal
100 g flour
120 ml soy milk
2 tbsp Kakaw Spirit natural blend
3 tbsp maple syrup
1.5 tbsp peanut butter
75 g apple sauce
Pinch of coarse sea salt
Optional 30 g dark chocolate
Let's go:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Wet your hands and shape into 12 cookies.
- Bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
- Optional: melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the cookies.
